Laboratory Racks for GOSH Laboratories
Solve an idea for a new product and replicate the type and quality of previously supplied Springlab racks.
The client used the template from our measuring catalogue for standard racks, in addition to the client required some bespoke designed racks.
The initial ideas for the bespoke racks came from a rough/simple sketch, that was explored and developed initially by email.
We then provided some initial designs and discussed these direct. The customer really appreciated the personal contact with our design team, talking the detail through on the phone soon resulted in a solution. We soon received an order and the product was exactly as required.
The client said “It quite literally was – an initial email, a simple idea, feedback and initial ideas from Springlab, approval from us, a sample to check the designs and then we placed an order”.
The racks were delivered on time and started being used on the day they arrived in the laboratory. The client said “all the staff love them and we have had staff from other laboratories coming to look at them”.
“We have used Springlab before, many years ago, and those Racks are still in use in our laboratory. The existing racks are still in good working order and the reason for the new order is that the old ones are great”.
